Set CS Phone numbers

Only “CS Phone numbers” can send sms commands to control RTU and receive RTU’s sms (alarm sms, report sms etc.). Support preset 10 CS phone numbers, CS0-CS9

In what case does device send sms to CS numbers

1. Device send alarm sms
   Such as DI alarm (status changes), analog input, modbus register, temperature humidity input
   alarm (go out of normal range), power lost etc.

2. Device send daily report sms
   

3. When device power up
   Device send sms to cs numbers to report complete start and ask for synchronize time.

As default, daily report and power up sms are only sent to CS0 and CS1 number.
